The option to the 'yum' command that will update the entire system is 'update'. To update the entire system using yum, you can use the following command: sudo yum update This command will update all the installed packages on the system to the latest available versions. Note: The 'yum' command is used to manage packages on systems that use the Yellowdog Updater, Modified (YUM) package manager, such as CentOS, Fedora, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
