Based on my lab testing, it is C. 10.200.1.1/32 *[OSPF/10] 00:01:07, metric 7 > to 10.0.14.1 via xe-4/0/2.230

C is the correct because it has configured multiarea.

D is the correct answer here because of the intra-area preference to the inter-area. However, you should be careful in case if it's a standard OSPF operation/network, the path with the lower metric will win after the intra/inter selection.
