Correct answers are C and D.
BGP does not explicitly need a policy to export routes in an iBGP or eBGP scenario.
In fact, this is not a BGP question, this scenario is more related to the 'default routing policies' behavior.
A 'default routing policy' is a native policy that is applied on incoming/outgoing routes or packets if there is no explicitly configured policy related to the route or the interface upon which the packet arrives. A default policy determines whether the route is placed in or advertised from the routing table.
For BGP, if not defined policies are applied, then by default it will accept incoming routes and advertise all those BGP learned routes.
Answer: B, C
As you know in Junos eBGP routes are propagated into iBGP automatically but iBGP routes needs a Po0licy to be propagated toward eBGP peers.

By default, only active BGP routes are advertised. The slide illustrates the default BGP advertisement
rules. The rules are as follows:
1.
IBGP peers advertise routes received from EBGP peers to other IBGP peers.
2.
EBGP peers advertise routes learned from IBGP or EBGP peers to other EBGP peers.
3.
IBGP peers do not advertise routes received from IBGP peers to other IBGP peers.
