OSPF routes from Backup link do not are external routes, they are internal routes and their route preference is 10, and BGP route preference is 170. Increase their metric do not change your route preference, therefore, the correct answer is D.

Based on external route preferences, D is the correct answer. Recall that both routes from side A are injected into the OSPF area 0 of the HQ. So even if you increase the metric, it will always prefer the OSPF ext route which is 150 less than BGP 170.

Answer should be D. Route preference for OSPF ext routes is 150 & BGP is 170. Need to change route preference for OSPF External. Increasing metric wont help.
