A is correct. When you don't provide remote-site-id under L2VPN configs, the default behavior is to assign the remote-site-id as 1 and then increment by 1 accordingly based on the number of interfaces. Hence in this case, the remote-side-id would be 6 from local, but actually it is 3 on remote. Need to specify the remote-side-id.

The answer is A. Because you need to set the remote-site-id 3 under the interface for it work.

R1 local site cannot be 3, remote site is 3 and must be different from local if not multihomed
