since they mention: "You are using 802.1X authentication in your network to secure all ports." you already have RADIUS, so I would prefer D over C.

C. static MAC bypass D. MAC RADIUS These would both work, but question states that "you must ensure that traffic is allowed to and from this printer without authentication". With MAC RADIUS the MAC address is authenticated on radius server.
