Answer should be B,D,E. Don't try to smoke us with that kind of answer..BGP is definitely not required!

Stateless tunnel remains up even one end is down so is recomended to ude keepalive (answer A) To have conectivity from local LAN to remote LAN through tunnel we must configure routes to tunnel endpoint (answer B) and E also corect.

Like the others here already told, BGP is not necessary. You can also use OSPF, Static routes etc.
