B and D for me the description of "fast reroute" match the question more https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/junos/mpls/topics/ref/statement/fast-reroute-edit-protocols-mpls.html "the traffic on the LSP can be rerouted with minimal packet loss."
