Hi all /17 /19 are on different class . since they are on class B i think ? and /24 and /26 are on class C. 24 is cant be used also since we will be having 1 host . and /26 has 64 available host 2 host for network and broadcast and 62 for usable host. and if we consider /17 and 19 the longest path will be /26 since the longer the path the more specific is the route will be

**CORRECTION** D is the winner. because all routes will accept 99.0.0.1 and the administrative distance is the same, the rule "Longest Match Wins" takes over. 99.0.0.0/26 is the longest match.

Since the subnet mask and the destination is not given in the question, I don't understand how you can select a route. It looks to me that every listed route will match the 99.0.0.1 IP address, as it is given!

I think it has something to do with the subnet masks... i'm no expert but I think its because /26 has the lowest amount of addresses. https://www.aelius.com/njh/subnet_sheet.html
