R2 is receiving a route from R1 and you must ensure that the route is not advertised to R3. Referring to the exhibit, which two configuration changes on R2 will solve the issue? (Choose two.)
A.
Apply the no-export policy as an import policy under group 65001.
B.
Apply the no-advertise policy as an export policy under group 65003.
C.
Apply the no-export policy as an export policy under group 65003.
D.
Apply the no-advertise policy as an import policy under group 65001.
I think it's A and D, if you attach a community when advertising to 65003, then it's too late, you're already advertising the route. The question asks not to advertise at all
We can either tag the route inbound on peer group 65001 to set the no-export community. This will prevent it being exported to peer 65003, since it is at an AS boundary.
Alternatively, we can tag the no-advertise community inbound on the peer group 65001 which will not advertise the route to any peer, including iBGP peers. In this example it has the same effect.
no-advertise—Routes containing this community name are not advertised to other BGP peers.
no-export—Routes containing this community name are not advertised outside a BGP confederation boundary.
The process in BGP is
Route sent from peer ->> Adj-Rib-in ->>>import policy ->>> route selection ->>> RIB-Local
Which makes the import no-export plausible for the routes received from R1 as you are preventing the propagation of the route within AS
FOR routes you are sending the path is :
RIB-local ->>> export policy ->>> Adj-RIB ->>> peer
Then the no advertise export makes sense !
You should check JNCIP free courses on juniper learning
You are asking peers in the same AS not to advertise to other AS ; the routes will be contained only in the AS
AD. applying as export is too late unless it has then reject.
