I think it's A and C: https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/junos/vpn-l3/topics/topic-map/l3-vpns-ipv6-traffic.html

IPv6 tunneling is configured at MPLS level, not LSP. C and D inidicates inet6-vpn and inet-vpn is not configured between PE's, so answer is C+D

A and C are correct. We need ipv6-tunnelling feature to be enabled. https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/junos/vpn-l3/topics/topic-map/l3-vpns-ipv6-traffic.html

I think the same. Although family inet-vpn (answer D) is already necessary in the configuration, I think we can suppose that it is already configured as the question says "Currently you have a single internal IPv4 BGP peering between the PE devices". Anyway this leads to confusion, because the correct answers to the final question are A, C & D

C and D are correct, cause they are asking to make sure that IPv4 and IPV6 routes are exchanged, not only IPv6 routes
