D is correct because BGP Path Attributes are Next-HOP, Weight, LP, Originate, AS-Path Length, Origin-Type, MED, Path(IGP>EGP), Next-Hop IGP Metric, Multipath, Age ,Router's ID, Minimum Cluster-List Length and Neighbor's IP Address(Lower)
