Suppose: (set interfaces lo0 unit 0 family inet address 3.3.3.3/32 primary) and (set interfaces lo0 unit 0 family inet address 100.100.100.100/32) is configured, then primary address is used for MSDP peering and 100 network is used for RP local address. So, I guess A and C are correct answer.

Each RP router must establish MSDP session to the others RPs in the domain (letter A). The shared anycast address must be configured on the loopback interface with primary statement (letter B), therefore the correct answer is AB.
