The answer is D, the tunnel endpoints need a route for the traffic in the tunnel with next hop as the tunnel inteface (gr././. or ip././.).

I guess there is the mistake written in C You must be able to reach the remote endpoint through the INTERNET. not tunnel. D variant i like more. bc if dont have any route through that tunnel. how it can pass ? Im more for D. but C is able (if Internet is used).
