This comes from the book, correct answer is A). R1 is DR, R2 is BDR and R3, R4 are DROthers(s). The question has mistake, first output is taken from R1 the second one is from R4 (not R1 again)

agree. if consider the variant B as the adjacency between R3 and R4. otherwise. R1 has Full adjacency with all OSPF routers. R2 has too as the R1. R3 has with R1 & R2 in Full State, while with R4 2Way. R4 the same as R3 but with R3 2Way.
