c and d netconf over ssh has to be activated so its not on by default C is true as ansible playbooks are executed locally on the ansible servers and are obviously agentless

A and D Ansible uses SSH by default and it copies the modules to the remote device, execute them and then remove them. Only a Python interpreter is needed on the remote device. Junos operates differently. Modules are run locally and NETCONF is used to perform the automation tasks on the remote device. The expression "by default" makes letter B wrong.
