Correct answer is B , since its retrieving so it will be get request and http port is 3000 and https port is 3443

B is correct! However C looks just fine too. It uses HTTPS and default Junos REST API HTTPS port, 8443. Can you explain why C is not correct? Even though the question wrongly implies only one answer.

C is incorrect because the Default port is 3000 for HTTP, and 3443 for HTTPS.
