origin is #5 and MED is #6 in check sequence. So origin is checked first. Lowest origin code is preferred, but the question is not lowest or highest but least or most preferred so C is correct https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/junos/topics/reference/general/routing-protocols-address-representation.html

Correct, but actually IBGP is preferred to EBGP learned routes so it's not actually a matter of lowest and highest and that is why most preferred was used
