I believe this should be B It CANNOT be A, because question requires port AND device resiliency. To have device resiliency, you will need to have a chassis cluster, that is what provides your device resiliency. Documentation is not super clear, but I think this is the best write I found discussing One-Arm Chassis cluster placement in the DC: https://www.juniper.net/us/en/local/pdf/implementation-guides/8010046-en.pdf
