Type 1 because there are two links and type one will count them both. The interfaces are all GE so they equal one each. However, directly connected = 0 metric. Hop between r1 and r2 is zero. The hop from r2 to the destination will be 1. Total metric should be 1 for a type 1. Type 2 should present a zero, as it only sees the directly connected link to between r1 and r2.

We have to focus on the metric. If it's 1 I think B (Ext Type 1) is correct, if metric is 0 D (Ext Type 2) would be correct.
