I don't agree woth rodobrian. EoR does not mean thath all the switches (ore one chassis based switch with line cards) are in one rack, or only in one end of the row. They (it) could be in first rack in the row and (second one) in the last rack in the row, so switches in both ends.

It should be A and B EoR deployment will consolidate the placement of larger chassis based switches. For Chassis Based Switches, you wouldn't add more switches to accommodate new servers, you would add more LINE CARDS to accommodate new servers.
