Originator ID shouldn't be changed, otherwise there is the risk of a loop. The AS PATH instead should be updated.

The answer is BC. The Originator-ID and Cluster-ID are loop prevention mechanisms for iBGP. This question is regarding eBGP

B can't be right because R1 received routes from R2 and R3 which are routers in the same AS, so R1 won't include again the same AS attribute
