No, you're out of control. The answer should NOT be B. If you chose B, that would change the SysID. You'd still have an area mismatch. The correct answer is A because it's an L1 adjacency and therefore the two routers have to be in the same area.
Fellowes1689 is correct, the Answer is A. Remember for L1 adj to establish, you MUST have the same area ID. R1 has an area of 0002, so you need to make the area IDs the same, and answer A would do this. You can go forward to say some other stuff is needed (i.e. we can't see the config on adj interface) but without correcting the area ID, L1 adj will never establish
