Mist can maintain a more complete picture of the user experience and take action immediately when that experience is negatively affected. Issues that can potentially impair users' experience on the network have been broken up into discrete categories. These categories are known as service-level expectations (SLEs) and include things such as the time to connect to the network, throughput, and application health. These SLEs measure key compliance metrics for your wireless, wired, and WAN network, and result in vastly simpler operations, streamlined troubleshooting, and better visibility into your users' network experience.
