A. UDP is connectionless: UDP (User Datagram Protocol) is a connectionless protocol, meaning it does not establish a connection before sending data. It simply sends packets, or datagrams, without any guarantee of delivery or order.
B. UDP is best effort: UDP provides best-effort delivery, meaning it does not guarantee delivery, ordering, or error correction. It simply sends the data and does not check if it was received correctly, if at all.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
