Based on https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/nm-apps21.3/policy-enforcer-release-notes-21.3r1/topics/topic-map/pe-rn-21.3r1.html#id-product-compatibility__SupportedMXRoutersAndFeedTypes-3FA3DF5B, Policy Enforcer is supporten on MX240, MX480, MX960 and vMX devices.

The vQFX and QFX series are primarily focused on switching capabilities. While they do offer some level of security and traffic management, they are not as commonly deployed for direct DDoS protection in conjunction with Policy Enforcer like the MX Series routers.
