I think D is the only one that makes sense, as we can configure optinally zone context in global policies:
set security policies global policy Pa match source-address any
set security policies global policy Pa match destination-address any
set security policies global policy Pa match application any
set security policies global policy Pa match from-zone zone1
set security policies global policy Pa match from-zone zone2

global policies in Juniper SRX devices are defined with from-zone any to-zone any, allowing them to apply to traffic between any zones, they can still reference elements that have zone-specific implications, such as addresses or services defined within certain zones.
