The device-count parameter under aggregated-devices ethernet specifies the number of aggregated Ethernet (AE) interfaces that can be created on the router. By default, this value is set to 0, which disables the use of aggregated Ethernet interfaces. In this case, configuring device-count 10 allows the router to support up to 10 AE interfaces.

Would say D, because this is by default. Count 1 means ae0 and ae1, so 2 ae interfaces available.
