How the hell are people contradicting themselves on this site. Question #29 is the exact same exhibit and the answer was the first secondary LSP is in an signal UP state as it's done in order and the backup secondary is signal DOWN. This you come to this question and suddenly people are flipped and are now saying the Secondary is signal DOWN.
