The sender adds sequence numbers to the packets it sends
The receiver acknowledges each packet it receives from the sender
If the receiver did not send an acknowledgement for each packet, missing packets would never be resent because the sender only knows when the transmission is over. TCP resends missing or corrupted packets.
A is correct, because the receiver doesn't acknowledge each individual packet. Instead a set number of packets is sent and checked for errors. If errors are found ,the whole stream of packets is sent again, NOT the packets individually.That said, A and C are good
not it acknowldges the final packet not each packet it says it has now received (example) 29 andsender will know whats missing
