Each service request may include one or more of the following:
- a request for a service delivery action
- a request for information
- a request for provision of a resource or service
- a request for access to a resource or service
- feedback, compliments, and complaints
i worked in 4 different service desks and not a single time did we handle a praise as a ticket/SR, it might just as well say spam mails to enlarge your "service offering" can be dealt with as an SR.... but i guess it doesn't need to make with the real world.

A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
