A standard change requires no additional approvals, it’s low risk.
A normal change requires approval and goes through the change enablement process (previously change control in V3.
A standard change is a low-risk, pre-authorized change that is well understood and fully documented, and can be implemented without needing additional authorization.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
