Just took the ITIL v4 Exam and passed but with a very low score. Lots of questions on the test that are not on examtopics, but the questions here certainly are a good indication of the kind of questions you will see.
The topics that had the most questions for my test were:
Know the purpose and keyterms of 15 ITIL practices (7 points)
Understand how the ITILguiding principles can help an
organization adopt and adapt service management (6pts)
Understand the keyconcepts of service management (5pts)
All other categories were 2pts or less.
Your test will be different but I suggest putting extra attention into the categories I listed. Good luck and thank examtopics
The technologies that support service management include, but are not limited to, workflow management systems, knowledge bases, inventory systems, communication systems, and analytical tools. Service management increasingly benefits from developments in technology. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other cognitive computing solutions are used at all levels, from strategic planning and portfolio optimization to system monitoring and user support. The use of mobile platforms, cloud solutions, remote collaboration tools, automated testing, and deployment solutions has become common practice among service providers.
You are only going to see a few of exactly the same question from this material on the real exam. However, it is very beneficial to go through these questions and understand them. Also, if you don't want to read the book use youtube. It has many short videos explaining the material very well. :) Good Luck!
2021-12-09, I've passed exm today, 30/40, however only about 50% of real exam questions are the same. So many new questions like service offering. But I have to say examtopics indeed helps you understand ITIL better.
