The guiding principles encourage and support organizations in continual improvement at all levels. Organizations should not use just one or two of the principles, but should consider the relevance of each of them and how they apply together

Selected Answer: C
C - 3 & 4 According to my docs, a guiding principle is defined: "A guiding principle is a recommendation that guides a company under all circumstances, regardless of changes in its goals, strategies, working methods, or leadership structures. A guiding principle is universal and enduring." Not all principles will be important in every situation. However, it should be checked on each occasion (project, customer, or improvement situation) which ones are suitable. Continual improvement (1) is considered in service value system.

The answer is C. Analyzing the cause of problems. Problem identification is the first step in the problem-solving process. It involves identifying the root cause of the problem. This can be done by gathering information from stakeholders, analyzing data, and conducting experiments. Once the root cause of the problem has been identified, it can be addressed. Option A, analyzing information from software developers, is an activity that would be done during the problem-solving process, but it is not part of problem identification. Option B, establishing problem workarounds, is an activity that would be done after the problem has been identified. It involves finding ways to work around the problem until it can be permanently solved. Option D, establishing potential permanent solutions, is an activity that would be done after the problem has been identified and the root cause has been determined. It involves developing solutions that will prevent the problem from happening again.

Option # 2 is way off base, so we can eliminate A and B. Guiding Principles are recommendations, so organizations can decide which ones are relevant to them. That leaves options 1 and 4. The answer is D.

Selected Answer: D
D is correct. C is not due to "Organizations should decide which one of the guiding principles is relevant to them" is an incorrect statement. Organizations should follow ALL guiding principles and not pick and choose.

Yes, but universal does not exclude validating how relevant it is. Depending on the situation it can be more or less relevant. Relevant on the other side does not mean it is totally neglected.
