CruiseAlong Cars -
CruiseAlong Cars is a car manufacturing and sales company with corporate headquarters in the United States of America. It has grown by acquisition over the last
20 years and has operations in over 50 countries.
Each country has its own IT organization, with some central corporate IT services provided by the US parent company. In some countries CruiseAlong Cars has outsourced infrastructure and service desks. The largest IT supplier is Global City IT Services (GCITS). In two countries GCITS provides CruiseAlong Cars with full outsourced services. They also provide selected services in other countries.

Answer C. metrics are used as a means of measurement, the question asks to verify if the improvements have been achieved in the first iteration, i.e. the successful implementation which is the analysis of the metrics used in "did we get there?" This is a target achieved question not a customer satisfaction issue.

Process Maturity is not a reliable indicator of the value of a process based on the theory, so maybe this is the reason why Process Metrics is preferred, however I cannot explain the organizational maturity especially of business units

Obviously, answer C and D are incorrect. I am also inclined to take an answer A, because Customer satisfaction, and Process maturity of incident management and request fulfilment seem to be both suitable for outputs of the assessment. However, I do not understand why Organisational maturity of CruiseAlong Cars Business Units (one of the outputs of the Assessment in Answer B) is relevant to the assessment at this situation.
