there are 3 partitions 2 - 3&4 - 5 so the correct answer is B 2,4,5

I see B and C as both correct, it is about EP-classes, not about (2-) boundary values.

I also think that Answer C is right. You need 2 invalid equivalence classes. Under 2 children you have to check one equivalence class
