Well, D) seems to be correct - I would agree that bringing the two mindsets together seems like a good idea - but one should consider keeping them on seperate teams to make sure their mindsets STAY different ... making them meet daily on important issues maybe ... still, when you can choose only one answer, D) would make more sense.
