A cloud customer's trust in a cloud provider is primarily based on security, compliance, and transparency. While SLAs, shared administration, and audits contribute to enhancing trust, real-time video surveillance does not directly affect a customer's ability to assess a provider's security or service reliability.
Why the Other Options Enhance Trust:
A. SLAs (Service Level Agreements) → Define performance guarantees, security commitments, and responsibilities between the provider and customer.
B. Shared Administration → Allows the customer to maintain some level of control over their environment, improving visibility and trust.
C. Audits → Independent security and compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) provide assurance that the provider follows best practices.
so if your CSP shared administration with a shady business partner, will that enhance your trust in this CSP?
although real-time video surveillance does not provide meaningful information, it is a form of physical/technical control, which is nice to have.
unless "Shared Administration" means, shared it with you... in that case... NVM LOL
