I guess the use of the word "enhanced" is the issue. I would not expect video but perhaps as part of their enhanced service. Another bad question.

so if your CSP shared administration with a shady business partner, will that enhance your trust in this CSP? although real-time video surveillance does not provide meaningful information, it is a form of physical/technical control, which is nice to have.
