Standardization is not really Cloud concept. its very general term.
C. Standardization. SaaS providers often follow industry standards and regulations, which means that many compliance requirements, such as security baselines, are already integrated into the service. This standardization can significantly reduce the time and effort organizations spend on compliance.
Indeed, licensing is NOT the responsibility of the cloud customer within SaaS, it is already part of the measured service fee you are paying and is therefor under the responsibility of the cloud provider.
