The option "C" ("Unclassified") should not be selected because "Unclassified" it is not considered a level of public or commercial data classification system. In fact, "Unclassified" means that the data does not require any security measures and can be shared publicly without any restrictions or limitations. Therefore, it cannot be classified as a level in the data classification system.
