Correct !!! However, this is why option "C" is the answer. Below are the following steps & no. "4" is so accurate. 1. Document the risks and their responses in the project closure report. 2. Store the project records for future reference. 3. Share the lessons learned with stakeholders and future project teams. 4. Update the organization's risk management database.
