Selected Answer: A
Responsible (R): This role is responsible for performing the tasks associated with a process or project. They are the ones who do the work and ensure that it is completed on time and to the required standard. Accountable (A): This role is responsible for ensuring that the task or project is completed successfully. They are the ones who make the final decisions and are accountable for the outcome. There can only be one person in the Accountable role for each task or project. Consulted (C): This role is responsible for providing input and expertise to the project or process. They are consulted for their opinions and advice but are not directly responsible for the task. Informed (I): This role is kept up-to-date on the progress of the task or project but is not actively involved in its execution or decision-making.
