Answer to this question is quite tricky, as per CCAK page 241 (Vulnerability scan falls under detective technical control and incident response falls under corrective administrative controls) however page 247 has both incident response and vulnerability scans listed under corrective control.
Vulnerability scanning, and all the rest of the answers, are detective controls.
