Selected Answer: D
Here enterprise goals are larger than IT goals and objective. Failure of Business goals is more impactful than IT Goals. Hence D is the correct answer.

Selected Answer: B
B. The solutions conflict with IT goals and objectives. When business units independently design IT solutions without involving the IT department, there is a significant risk of misalignment with the overall IT goals and objectives of the enterprise.

It should be B - The greatest issue associated with individual business units within an enterprise designing their own IT solutions without consulting the IT department is that these solutions may conflict with the goals and objectives of the IT department. This can result in a lack of alignment between the business units and the IT department, which can lead to suboptimal IT solutions that may not meet the needs of the organization as a whole.
