How would having manual app controls is a bigger risk? Would giving developers admin rights to the app poised more risk, thus u need role based access controls? Thus i'm picking B. Happy to discuss

B is the correct answer. Check and verify all answers on this site. Half of them are incorrect. I've been an Operator, Network admin, Developer, Analyst, PM. And I know what I am talking.
