CURRENT I&T RELATED ISSUES: These are also called pain points—from which the enterprise is suffering. These could be considered risks that have materialized. IT issues can be identified or reported through risk management, audit, senior management or external stakeholders. Clear differentiation should be made in rating I&T issues, in order to provide the necessary inputs to determine governance design priorities.
