Selected Answer: D
This is D. You don’t have the team. You don’t want to hire pay for training and get enough people to start this project because that costs a ton on money. So you outsource because you get to save money on initial start up costs.

• D. Lower start-up costs: Outsourcing development can significantly reduce start-up costs, as it often eliminates the need for significant upfront investment in technology, personnel, and infrastructure. The organization can leverage the vendor’s existing resources and expertise, making it a cost-effective solution, especially when in-house technical expertise is lacking. I think its "D"

Selected Answer: A
Increased ability to adapt the system: Outsourcing to a specialized firm typically brings in expertise and experience that might not be available in-house. This can result in a more flexible and adaptable e-banking solution that meets the specific needs and requirements of the organization. Outsourcing allows access to a broader pool of skills and resources, enhancing the ability to adapt the system to changing technology trends and business needs.
