Since the question is not which variant has the shortest restoration time, I rule out C. Otherwise, the ISACA questions would typically ask for best, fastest. With A. I think that with high data volumes, as is the case here, the resynchronization is slower than the bulk restores trimmed for speed with full and differential backups.

An incremental backup takes LONGER to restore than a Differential backup. You are incorrect. Differential backup restoraton process = restore the last full backup, and the most recent differential backup. Incremental backup - restore the last full backup, then restore EVERY incremental backup you have done since the last full backup. Differential backups may take longer to create the backup itself, but the restoration is faster which is one of the keywords for the question.
