B. A Vendor Lock-in issue is more concerning than lack of training on the contingency platform site technology.

With regard to cloud services, vendor lock-in may be a consequence of proprietary technology, architecture or data formats specific to a single vendor, prohibiting or significantly delaying a possible data migration to a new CSP. My comment: Option D: team can get training, where as Option B situation is not easy to avoid.
