Selected Answer: D
When creating an activity list for a business analysis initiative, each task should be assigned roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity on who is responsible for performing, reviewing, and approving the task. The BABOK Guide (Chapter 3: Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring - Plan Business Analysis Approach) emphasizes defining responsibilities as part of the business analysis approach to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Assigning roles ensures that the correct stakeholders are involved in each activity, reducing confusion and improving accountability.

I guess the question should be 'What characteristic must not be assigned to each task in your task list?' The not is missing in the question
